"Both Elizabeth and Charles were a pleasure to work with.
I was relocating from Co to Az for work purposes. I was selling a home in Colorado and my realtor in Co suggested Charles and Elizabeth. With the uncertainty that is the housing market right now, I delayed my timeline by a month and the next day I would change that to two months. The following day it would go back down to a month. I went under contract to buy a home twice as well but had ultimately had to pull out of the first one because of the housing market in Colorado. There were a lot of changes in my life during this time (including swapping the same realtor that recommended me to Charles and Elizabeth to begin with in Co) but the one constant I had was Elizabeth and Charles doing everything and anything they could do for my best interest in the buying process.

Elizabeth and Charles were willing to have PLENTY of tough conversations on my behalf with the builders of the potential homes I was looking at. They were willing to drive anywhere in the Phoenix metro to show me homes virtually. They were always extremely responsive and willing to hop on meetings with me to help me understand the process even when it was 9 PM. They encouraged reading through all the fine print together to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. They were EXTREMELY professional even when I had to make the hard decision of moving on from their colleague realtor in Colorado. They were even there with me while I did the final walkthrough and closing documents. The support/friendliness of Charles and intricate attention to detail that Elizabeth showed was phenomenal and much greater than anyone I had dealt with in the past. In times of hardship, Elizabeth and Charles did everything and anything they could to get me into the home of my dreams. I’m very very grateful for the journey and mountain we were able to climb together.
