Charles T. Dine is an Arizona native and a 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an Airfield Services Officer. After retiring from the Corps in 2015, Charles transitioned into real estate as a way to continue serving his community.

Charles completed the KW training series Ignite and advanced training BOLD, which provided a strong foundation for his real estate career. He also earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in client service. Additionally, Charles holds a certificate in Professional Selling Skills from sales organization Achieve Global.

Charles utilizes his Professional Selling Skills certification to market team listings effectively, handle client and cross-agent objections, and leverage his interpersonal skills gained from leading Marines to communicate clearly and effectively. His efforts have helped him rise to the top 5% of performers across Maricopa County.

Charles has served on the KW East Valley Associate Leadership Council (ALC), where he co-chaired the brokerage Productivity Committee; and most recently served on the KW Sonoran Living ALC Wealth Committee where he helped his clients and fellow REALTORS focus on personal wealth development. He is also active in his community, serving on the Town of Gilbert Veterans Advisory Board and the AZ Veterans Leadership Council, and is a member of KW Military and KW New Homes communities.
